Rob joined Capital Four US in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer responsible for all aspects of operations, finance and compliance.  

Most recently, Rob was Head of Operations at Inherent Group. He was responsible for operations across all of the firm’s investment strategies which entailed hedge fund and long-only strategies involving high yield, bank loans, and structured credit as well as other asset classes.  He brings experience across the fund infrastructure spectrum having managed workflows in operations, accounting, reporting, investor relations, marketing, and compliance. Rob's prior asset management operations experience includes Owl Creek Asset Management and Ziff Brothers Investments. 

Rob holds a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland.
