Philippe joined the business in 2020 and has more than 30 years of relevant experience. He acts as a Senior Adviser to Vantage and a member of both the Debt and Equity Investment Committees.

Philippe is an accomplished investment professional with experience in infrastructure equity, debt investment management, project and asset finance, structured credit and tax. Philippe’s main activity is as Managing Partner at Oaksley Conseil, based in France, where he provides investment advisory services to institutional investors and asset managers, primarily in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Prior to joining Vantage*, Philippe was Co-head of European Infrastructure Investments at First Sentier Investors (formerly known as First State Investments), Managing Director of Amundi Private Equity Funds and Director at Credit Agricole CIB. Philippe holds a Master in Business Administration from EM Lyon and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech (École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers).
