Per joined Capital Four in 2017 from KPMG Corporate Finance where he advised companies and private equity funds on M&A.

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance in 2016, he spent more than four years with Falck, focusing on M&A and strategy. From 2006 – 2011, he worked at ATRIUM Partners Corporate Finance, a leading Danish independent M&A advisor.

Per holds a MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School and participated as part of his studies in the exchange program at the University of Wisconsin, Madison School of Business, USA.
