Olse joined the business in 2018 and has more than 20 years of relevant experience. Olse is the Chief Compliance Officer for the group, responsible for overseeing and implementing the firm’s Risk and Compliance framework.

Prior to joining Vantage*, Olse was Vice President at State Street Global Advisors and then held various roles as a Compliance Consultant. Olse held a variety of Legal and Compliance roles across a spectrum of organisations specialising in both retail and institutional markets including PWC, Barclays Bank, AIG and Morgan Stanley Quilter. She holds a Bachelor of Law from Greenwich University, a Legal Practice Course qualification from The College of Law Guildford as well as a Diploma in Regulation and Compliance from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment in the UK.
