Mads joined Capital Four in December 2024 from a position as Director at Deloitte where he worked with advising on regulatory sustainable finance matters and providing ESG & CSRD assurance for companies in the financial sector.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Mads was Head of Responsible Investments with BankInvest for three years and had the overall ESG responsibility for more than nine years, positioning Bank Invest as one of the most recognized ESG asset managers in Denmark.

Mads has also worked as Senior Fund Manager and Performance & Risk Analyst in BankInvest working with fund pricing and compliance.

Mads holds a MSc in Business Administration & Management Science (Mathematical Business Economics) from Copenhagen Business School and also holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
