Florence joined in March 2024.

Florence has extensive experience in capital raising and business development in Private Debt. She previously worked at Rothschild & Co as a Business Development Director focused on Private Debt and Credit strategies. Prior to that, she was Head of Investor Relations at Sealight Capital, where she established the capital raising and marketing capability from inception. Florence started her career at Goldman Sachs in Fixed Income and Credit.

She holds a MSc and BSc in Economics from the University of Geneva and Humbold University Berlin.
