About Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta

Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta is a 95km operational motorway located in the Veneto Region in northeast Italy. The project was developed under a long-term concession with the Veneto Region, with an availability-based payment framework. The asset is sponsored by FININC Group and Sacyr, two experienced infrastructure owners and operators with long-standing track records in the delivery and management of large-scale infrastructure projects. The transaction was structured by FinX Capital (part of FININC Group), bringing its experience in infrastructure and project finance transactions to the financing process.
